We brought this to life with a combination of oak herringbone pattern for the upper level and straight lay dark oak. An engineered timber flooring surface suited this office with high traffic requiring ultimate durability and longevity.

Ozone is a bespoke architectural development, home to an exclusive collection of luxurious oceanfront retreats in Cronulla. Level Up Flooring was engaged to complete the full flooring preparation
package, including the supply and installation of levelling compound and detailed subfloor preparation, ensuring a flawless foundation for premium floor finishes throughout this high-end coastal project.

Woolooware Shores

Woolooware Shores is a landmark Anglicare senior living precinct located on the Georges River waterfront, comprising 141 premium residences across Stages 7 and 8. Our team was engaged to deliver
complete flooring works across both stages, including the supply and
installation of levelling compound, full floor preparation, and the installation of engineered timber flooring. The result is a high-quality, durable finish that complements the coastal design and supports the comfort and lifestyle of residents.

The Atrium Penrith

The Atrium is a contemporary residential development comprising 38
luxury apartments in the heart of Penrith. Level Up Flooring was engaged to deliver the full hybrid flooring package the supply and installation of premium hybrid planks throughout all apartments and common areas. Our team ensured a seamless finish that complements the project’s architectural design and high-quality interior specification.

The Oran Park Hotel

The Oran Park Hotel is a large-scale, modern hospitality and entertainment complex. Level Up was engaged to deliver comprehensive floor preparation and levelling across the new venue. The scope included the precise application of levelling compound on all internal floor areas as well as the technically challenging rooftop space. This project highlights Level Up’s specialised capability in providing robust and accurate levelling solutions for demanding commercial projects, covering both standard building interiors and complex exterior environments.

Roof Rectification Crows Nest

Level Up was engaged for a complete remedial and waterproofing overhaul of a large commercial rooftop in Crows Nest. The project involved meticulous preparation, including the removal of all loose substrate, followed by highly technical fall correction work to ensure
positive drainage towards the existing drain points. This was completed with the application of a robust waterproofing system and new levelling compound. The successful rectification not only
solved major water ingress issues but also returned the expansive rooftop to a brand-new, watertight, and fully compliant condition.
